Refunds & Exchanges
At Deal Source Online, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please review our refund and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
Some items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Health and personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If rejected (e.g., item not in original condition), we’ll notify you with details.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@dealsourceonline.com with your order details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@dealsourceonline.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at support@dealsourceonline.com for instructions. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our end.
