  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package. Ship the item to the provided address.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility. Once approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility:

  • Personalized and customized items are non-returnable.
